We are located in beautiful Brevard, NC, near Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Recreational Forest—an area known for its waterfalls, hiking, and outdoor adventures.
What types of accommodations do you offer?
We offer a variety of accommodations including the Main House and several private cottages such as the Creekside Cottage, Bear Cottage, Friends Retreat, and our ADA-accessible cottage, Life’s Especially Good.
Do you offer ADA-accessible accommodations?
Yes! Our Life’s Especially Good ADA Cottage is thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Is breakfast included with the stay?
No, breakfast is not included. We have recommendations for places nearby. We also have menus in the cabins for your convenience.
Are pets allowed?
Life’s Good Retreat maintains a no-pet policy and does not allow dogs on the property. This helps us ensure a clean, comfortable environment for all guests and those with allergies.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in and check-out times will be provided upon booking. If you need special arrangements, we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Is the retreat suitable for couples or families?
Absolutely! Life’s Good Retreat is perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway, families looking for a peaceful retreat, or anyone wanting to relax and recharge.
Can I book the entire property for a group or event?
Yes, the property may be available for group bookings, retreats, or small events. We can accommodate approximately 18–20 overnight guests between the main house and three cottages, and welcome up to 40 people for dinners or gatherings. Please contact us to discuss availability and details.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If a reservation is canceled, 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
